What Are Implant-Supported Dentures?
Implant-supported dentures (also called overdentures or snap-on dentures) use 2–6 dental implants as anchors for a full denture, providing dramatically better stability than traditional suction-held dentures. They eliminate the embarrassing slipping and clicking of conventional dentures.
There are two types: removable (snap-on) dentures that attach to implants and can be removed for cleaning, and fixed (permanent) dentures that are bolted to implants and can only be removed by a dentist — similar to All-on-4. Both are available at the top clinics in Los Algodones at a fraction of US pricing.
